Order & delivery

  • Ear geometry
    An impression or scan of your hearing geometry is necessary for a perfect fitting. You can have this done by any audiologist near you, who sends us the digital file by email. You will receive a guided impression instruction after ordering. We will of course cover the costs of the invoice on Orphit!
  • Fit guaranteed
    To ensure a precise fit, if possible we will first send a shell sample for your review. The sample has been adapted to your, but it does not yet have any electronics. We will only proceed with the manufacturing of your custom Orphit with electronics once you have received and confirmed the accuracy of your shell.
  • Delivery in 4 weeks
    Once we have received your hearing geometry, we will design your sample within a week. After your confirmation, we need up to 4 weeks to deliver your finished Orphit in-ears.

  • 5s5sPress and hold for 5 seconds on both sides to switch Orphit on
  • 5sPress and hold for 5 seconds on one side to switch off both Orphits
  • Press once to play or pause media
  • 3sPress and hold left for 3 seconds until voice prompt to activate transparency mode
  • 3sPress and hold right for 3 seconds until the voice prompt to start the Voice Assistant
  • 3s3sPress for 3 seconds on both sides to enter pairing mode

  • Fit & fit guaranteed
    Based on your ear impression, we digitally simulate the fit and see possible complications before they get in the way. Of course, we can only be as good as your physical ear impression. If you have very small or unusual ears, we will find a solution.
  • Delivery in 4 weeks
    We design and manufacture your personalized Orphit in-ears in up to 2 weeks after receiving your hearing geometry.
