• How long does it take for my Orphit to reach me?

  The headphones are designed, printed and manufactured using special software. This is where state-of-the-art production meets detailed craftsmanship. The many individual work steps can take up to 4 weeks take. Talk to us if you can hardly wait.

• How will Orphit be matched to me?

  We get your hearing geometry through a guided ear impression at a hearing care professional near you. Based on this 3D data, we design a headphone shell for you. This guarantees that Orphit will fit you, even when mountain biking.

• What is sustainability for Orphit?

  Due to our professional background, we are aware of our social, ecological and economic responsibility. We repair your Orphit at a fair price.

• Why does Orphit have such an excellent sound?

  We are the first manufacturer in the world to integrate 3-way speakers into a wireless, customized earphone. Because each speaker plays uncompromisingly in its frequency range, a very high-resolution, spatial and dynamic sound image is achieved. This is unique among the many wireless headphones on the market!

  And if you want it to sound particularly good, Orphit can be connected directly to your playback device using the MMCX cable supplied.

• Can I also wear my Orphit while sleeping?

  Orphit is the ideal sleep headphones, customized for you and wireless.

• Do Orphit also fit very small ears?

  The configuration of your earphones depends on your ear size. But rest assured, if you have very small or special ear shapes, get in touch with us and we'll check it out.

• As a musician, how can I use Orphit on stage?

  Orphit offers musicians perfect suitability for the stage: the customized fit ensures natural noise isolation without ANC side effects. With or without occlusion. The Tech version has MMCX/2PIN connectors for wired connection to mixing consoles or in-ear systems. Stable, comfortable, professional.

• Are Orphit also suitable for gaming?

  Low latency can be achieved wirelessly with AptX Adaptive. If that's too much, simply connect the supplied cable and you can play in real time.

• What is the difference to IEM?

  IEM stands for in-ear monitors, which are often used by musicians for monitoring.

  Orphit is like an IEM and can be used with or without a cable. The typical balanced armature sound is of course also available.

• What is the difference to TWS

  Unlike standardized TWS (True Wireless Stereo), Orphit uses a multi-way driver system and passive noise isolation through customization for better sound and comfort. Hybrid connectivity so not only with Bluetooth, but also MMCX/2Pin connection offer more flexibility.

• What is Custom Wireless Stereo (CWS)?

  Orphit is the first CWS product category - customized wireless in-ear headphones. Unlike standard TWS (True Wireless Stereo) with S/M/L sizes, each Orphit is individually manufactured using 3D ear printing. Handmade in Germany since 2024.

• I have hearing loss, can I enjoy music again with Orphit?

  We can compensate for high-frequency hearing loss of up to 50 dB. Contact us us before you order!

• How good is the sound insulation of Orphit?

  Orphit achieves up to 25dB Natural Noise Reduction (NNR) through perfect fit. Standard headphones with S/M/L sizes only achieve 10-20dB. No artificial ANC necessary. Reason: Individual 3D adjustment ensures a perfect fit with your ear.

• Who are Orphit custom-made headphones suitable for?

  Audio enthusiasts, audiophiles, musicians/sound engineers, athletes, cyclists, joggers, office/office professionals
  Particularly suitable for: Sensitive ears, unusual ear shape when standard headphones fall out. If headphones do not fit securely when moving the head.

• Can the Orphit in-ears become clogged with earwax?

  

  Two solution options:
  On the left are the two standard filters (robust grill design, easy to wipe clean). Depending on the shape and size of the ear canal, oval or round is selected and firmly glued in place.

  The second option, on the right, are replaceable HF3 filters as hearing aid standard, Cerum filters, for heavier soiling. These can be replaced by you with a little sensitivity.

  Specify when ordering if you want the HF3 filters installed.
